Digital credits

Credits are digital goods delivered instantly after purchase or when added to your account.

When a refund may apply

  • You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days, subject to applicable law and payment provider rules.
  • If credits were consumed to generate a cutting list, optimization, or PDF output, that part is considered delivered.
